This product offers a flexible and efficient financing option, enabling borrowers to meet funding needs while maintaining their investment positions.

Margin Call

• The drawing power of the facility will be reviewed and calculated at least on a weekly basis.
• Once disbursed, the loan under this facility shall not be eligible for upward revaluation to increase the loan limit or extend additional credit.
• If the market value of the pledged shares declines due to market fluctuations, the Finance Company shall notify the borrower to provide additional collateral to maintain adequate coverage of the outstanding loan.
